We all start the year out with lofty goals. However, as time goes on, we tend to let go of goals, even if they were once important to us.
Is there a goal from the start of the year that you’ve let slip? Don’t beat yourself up about it. It’s never too late to get back on track!
The new year is not magical. It just so happens to be the time when we start setting goals. There is no right or wrong time of the year to focus on goals.
If you’ve found yourself losing track of your goals or haven’t made the progress you wanted to see, pause and ask yourself these two questions:
- What were my intentions for this year?
- What am I willing to recommit to for the remainder of the year?
Figuring out where you are with your goals is the key to moving forward. Starting now is better than never starting! If you recommit to your goals in the next few weeks or months, you’ll start next year with the momentum you need to achieve your goals.
Pick up goals that mean something to you. Make room and clear the space for what you really want, and you can get all the way to your vision.
