Happy New Year!

If you’re like most of us, you have some hopes for 2023. The New Year is a reset of sorts, a chance to reflect on your vision and set your intentions for the year to come.

What are you hoping to achieve this year? Perhaps a health goal, a financial milestone, and learning to be a better version of yourself altogether.

As you envision what the next year has in store for you, don’t be enticed by the idea of ‘resolutions.’ Instead, embrace something I call growth goals.

What’s the difference?

Resolutions focus on the end goal, like a checked box.

Growth goals are centered around the inner transformation needed in order to get to your goal.

How far you’re willing to grow this year will determine how far you go.

I’m kicking off this year with a 5-day online women’s event to specifically help you get clarity about your vision and identify the growth goals that will help you get there. It’s called the Vision Board Challenge, and I want you to join me!

If you’re up for the challenge (pun intended), go to www.valorieburton.com/challenge

I hope to see you there, and I am praying this coming year is above and beyond anything you’ve imagined. It’s possible! And starts with clarifying your vision.

Coach yourself:

  • What do you want to see different in your life by the end of this year?
  • What would you have to do differently to bring that to life?
