One of the best goals we can set for ourselves is a goal about how we want to show up in our lives every day – in your relationships, your work, your finances, your health. When you show up in a way that reflects who you want to be, you will begin to see shifts in your life that make it easier to meet your goals and your vision.
For example, if work is challenging right now, you could set an intention for how you want to show up at work:
“My intention is to maintain my calm and peace in the midst of the storm going on at work.”
With that simple intention, you have clear direction about your response to frustrating situations that may pop up during the day. You can even set a daily reminder on your phone reminding you of your intention.
As you do that, you’ll notice a shift in how others respond to you, how situations unfold and opportunities find you.
As you move into a new week, what is your intention? What would it look like for the best version of you to show up – the one you are most proud of? Whether in a relationship or at work, in your health or finances, imagine for a moment what it would look like to show up as your most powerful, authentic self. What would shift in the situation if you did that?
My challenge to you:
Set an intention this week about how you want to show up in an area of your life that is a challenge to you.

In what area(s) of your life do you need to set an intention about showing up in a more empowering way? What intention will you set this week about how you intend to show up? And what might shift in your situation if you carry out that intention?
