A spring 2015 graduate of The CaPP Institute’s Coach Training Intensive, Marisel Herrera created and directs a powerful, peer-lead coaching program for first-year students at Arizona State University, the nation’s largest university. In the 2015-2016 school year, the program facilitated a record-setting 16,234 coaching sessions. Those coaching sessions help increase retention rates and success for students.
In this interview with CaPP Institute founder Valorie Burton, Marisel shares how she is using what she learned through the Coach Training Intensive in her business MariselSpeaks and her leadership role at Arizona State University, as well as coaching’s personal impact on her life.
