This month in my membership, the Successful Women’s Academy, we are talking about the concept of self-curiosity, and I think we can all benefit from learning more about ourselves.

I know we all deal with challenges or opportunities where we feel like we’re stuck. In that situation, it is easy to run around asking everybody else what they think you should do.

Sometimes we completely ignore what really has us stuck. We avoid looking deeper into what it is that scares us. We neglect conversations that really need to happen and boundaries that really need to be set.

Self-curiosity is the process of simply getting curious about what is going on inside you. It is asking the kinds of questions that give you the answers you need to move forward.

Here are a few of my favorite self-curiosity questions:

What is the challenge or the opportunity I most need an answer to right now?

What is the message or the lesson that my challenge is offering me?

In what way can I stretch myself to move forward in the midst of my challenge?

Asking yourself questions like these allows you to move forward in the places where you are stuck.

When you are intentional about your personal growth, you are able to move through any kind of challenge and seize every opportunity. That’s exactly what the Successful Women’s Academy (SWA) is all about—making intentional plans for personal growth.

If you aren’t a member of SWA, I invite you to check it out here!

We have powerful content every single month. I guide you through a virtual coaching session, a guided meditation, and we even meet live on Zoom where I can answer your questions. I’d love for you to join me in SWA, but until then practice a little self-curiosity!
