Valorie Burton’s book, Happy Women Live Better: 13 Ways to Trigger Your Happiness Every Day, reveals 13 unique, scientifically-proven “happiness triggers.” All 13 triggers can measurably boost your happiness, but some triggers come more naturally to you than others. Discovering which ones don’t come so naturally to you gives you leverage and insight into the best ways to boost your happiness today. I will also determine your happiness quotient – a number you can intentionally improve over time.

Happiness Trigger Assessment

Step 1 of 6 - Section 1

  • Instructions

Please select one option that is your most honest response to each statement. Every statement describes something many people would want to be able to say. However, only answer in a way that describes how you actually are in real life, as of today. Select the option that is your most authentic response. If you are not honest, your results will not be accurate. We can only assess your top happiness triggers after you respond to every statement on this assessment. Choose one response that best describes how much the statement describes you today:

"Always like me" – "Somewhat like me" – Neutral – "Not usually like me" – "Never like me"  This assessment should only take 5-10 minutes.
